I watched this after watching birdemic and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The futuristic theme and plot really captured me. It's a good adventure movie if nothing else. The acting wasn't all that bad either. It deserves a 7 atleast.
shareThe realistic application of gadgets and technology was interesting. I can imagine this is what the gadgets will look like some 10-20 years from now. It's sort of prediction of what will come. Similar to Star Trek's (TV shows) prediction of many technological innovations. I found that futuristic aspect of the movie interesting. A good adventure movie with some subtle comment on our ecological problems.
