Buddy's Breaded Pepper Chicken

Buddy's "Breaded Chicken with Vinegar Peppers"

... I wanted to try this recipe but I couldn't find vinegar peppers at the store. At home I had 2 jars of fried peppers and thought I'd use them. What I discovered, though, was that there wasn't juice in those jars. I felt a bit cheated, then decided that I'd liquefy one jar of fried peppers and use the other jar to top the chicken. I used a blender and had to add some water here and there. It came out a loose puree. I added that to the bottom of the pan then followed the rest of Buddy's directions from the website. The puree boiled and bubbled and coated a lot of the chicken. I thought it was unbelievably good and now don't have any desire to try the vinegar peppers.

Although this board is dead, I wanted to share my experience with whoever wanders here cuz it was yummy! :)
