How did Mindy/Melinda get Theo and David mixed up as to who raped her. That part confused me. Unless Theo said his name was David but then Theo and David look nothing alike....did I miss something???

The book explains it a lot better. I haven't read it in a while, but if I am remembering correctly, she knew that it was Theo who she slept with but since she was crazy (literally) about David, she just made up her mind that it was David. Theo tried talking to her about it after it happened, but she just acted like she didn't know what he was talking about.
Nothing? Nothing? NOTHING? Nothing, tra la la?
