Major Blooper?

Ok when the main lady (the one who is actually pregnant and married to David) wakes up in the hospital to her attorney and runs into the detective on her way out... did anyone notice that she wasn't pregnant? Or are my eyes messed up? I kept waiting for them to say she delivered or lost the baby but then when she gets to the house and crazy lady injects stuff into her she's prego again... what?
