New teaser trailer was released at E3 and said not released til Fall 2014...is this a sign of hope or failure?

Im hoping this means they are taking nearly 4 years to make this means that they have realized all the flaws of DAII and fixing them and everything will just be better now.

I fear because are they trying to do too much or games that take this long can suffer just as much as one that they do annually (see CoD).

Judging by it wont be released til 2014, I am assuming this means it will be xbox one and ps4 and not 360/PS3? Does anyone know anything about this?

Overall whats everyones thoughts on this?

The graphical improvement is frackin' amazing, even if I think Varric looks like a weird human now. I also take the delay as a good sign, that DA3 won't be a semi-polished turd like DA2.

DA3 is also being released on both "old gen" and "new gen" consoles (and PC of course), which is good because console players won't have to buy a new system, but may also be bad as that may mean there will be no save import like DAO/2 had.
