This movie used more elements from CYRANO DE BERGERAC than CINDERELLA!

By the way, and I know this is a modern fairy tale movie so I shouldn't nitpick, but I found one thing in particular hard to believe. Remember when VICTOR locks KATIE outside of the house naked? Well, they're step-siblings and he's prebuscent. And he didn't even try to peek?
