After Tron but B4 Legacy?

I apologize if this has been asked before, I'm currently watching this, episode 9 actually. But so far, I am putting it all together, based on what I know along with the events of Evolution, that this takes place after Tron but before the Evolution game? Which itself took place before Legacy?
