The character of Link...

I have a friend who is very fond of this character, and was interested to hear your thoughts on him. For those who don't remember, he was often a small bit character in the show played off as very clumsy and dim who worked in Able's Garage. Pavel approached him and gave him that nice vehicle to go along with his plans for that one episode. At the end of the last episode you see him standing alongside Mara and Zed, becoming a resistance member. Do you think if the show continued we would have seen more focus on him as a character, or do you think he'd have remained in the background?
