After binge watching this on Hulu... I thought it was odd no mention of the Users. Or even Flynn really. Which is odd considering that the blue/white programs view Flynn as their god while the red/orange programs believe in Clu.

The series showed Flynn in the flashback from Legacy. But Flynn was still hiding out on the Grid during this series. However, instead of "Flynn Lives" we see "Tron Lives" so it seems that programs revere Tron more than Kevin Flynn at this point. Maybe because they saw him as one of their own.

Again...just thought it was odd they never mention the Users...ever.

Tron was never publicly smeared the way Flynn was. I see Clu always had a strong respect for Tron, which is why he kept him around as Rinzler in Legacy.
