Did Mara forgive the Renegade for Able's death?

In the final episode she blames him for Able's death but Zed tries to convince her he's innocent because he is just one program and can't fight all their battles. In the final scene Mara and the other programs try to protect the Renegade from the soldiers so that's obviously a big hint that the answer to my question is yes, but on the other hand she could have just been standing up for what she believed in that she had to stand up for herself and still blame the Renegade for Able's death. What do you think?
