I just watched this on VOD, so to answer your question, there's no sex and no nudity; there is definite (but not necessarily constant) profanity and a lot of off-color commentary from Samuel Jackson's character. Not all of the extreme violence takes place on-screen.

That being said, I don't know about watching this with the young'uns, and it's not really a question of the number of curse words etc. It's more that the tone of the movie is EXTREMELY dark. Much of its aura derives from the fact that almost every character possesses certain traits to evidence low moral character - which is obviously by design. Even the children in the movie don't seem particularly nice or good. If your kids can tolerate this level of cynicism and can get past any need for a clear cut "hero", then they might be able to watch it. I'm in my 30s and certain parts of this messed with my head (which might indicate that the film achieved its objective). The film really toes the line in the thriller/suspense genres, and veers towards horror.

All that aside, I thought the performances of Wilson, Jackson, and Bibb were pitch-perfect. I've always been a Luke Wilson fan, but Bibb is new to me, and she chewed up the scenery. The sad and mundane nature of the characters' surroundings makes the story somehow more ghastly. Just be prepared that there's really no one to sympathize with 100% and that this is not a "feel good" movie.

Don't watch it with the young ones. There is one particularly ghastly murder scene at a desolate farmhouse.

There is no nudity or sex at all. A bit of profanity every now and then.
