In one of the final scenes you can see the officer nod her head towards the window.Did she fire a 'blank'into him to make carry out his 'job'?
Was she in on it all along?
Was she perhaps his daughter or his niece?

Perhaps. It's an interesting theory. Personally I didn't care enough about her to even notice her nodding.

When she looked up at the window, IMO It meant nothing. Something to keep you guessing like the little girl standing in the rain. Trying to be dramatic and failed. There's no way that she didn't really kill SLJ will all the other cops around.
