His reaction to Sam Jackson's craziness throughout most of the film was basically just like if someone ate his last cookie or he forgot to replace the toilet paper. Like when Richie ran over that trucker.. if that happened in real life, he should be in total shock, instead he just acted like some random dog just crapped in his lawn and he's a little upset.
