No offence, I've seen way worse... But 8.7 is stretching it for something THAT predictable...

The plot (the endgame that is, being predictable) I would give a 6 or 7. However, the execution, production, and especially the acting I would all give a solid 10. I figured out the ending about halfway through the series but it was the performances and the scriptwriting that gripped me.
shareTo be honest, I didn't find the story to be predictable. It occurred to me very early on that the priest was going to be the hitman's next target, but I could only guess why until the hitman showed the scar on his hand.
shareGeez, are IMDB users giving away 7.9s these days? It was okay, it was absolutely nothing special though. A 6-6.5 would have been more than adequate. Disappointing to the people who use IMDB as a tool for what film to watch.

I'd give this film a 6-7 rating, but it's an outright masterpiece compared to most other films from the past few years, which are either a. comic book adaptations, b. video game adapations, or c. remakes of 80's or 90's films that shouldn't have been made to begin with. And surprise, surprise, the latest comic book blockbuster usually rates in the 9-10 range, well above films like The Godfather or Citizen Kane.
So somehow I can't get bring myself to get all worked up about this film's 7.9 rating. share
Yeah, guessed very early on the relationship between the two characters. A not bad, but forgettable movie.
