Rather well done, for the most part

The previews made it look cute and comical but there is a lot of seriousness in this. Martin Mull was on an episode of "The Golden Girls" where he played a character who hadn't left his apartment in 20 years, so he fit right in to playing "someone" who hadn't left a house in 40 years, and mostly looks out an attic window. He tells the title character Oliver, an ignored little boy, that he is confused over why he was still there and being a pretty decent kid, Oliver wants to find out.
