Adorable Flick - Spoiler Alert
It's been a while since I posted here, but today I feel like sharing my thoughts on AHE. And I have to confess that lately, I've been kind of hooked on Hallmark flicks and this one was worth the while.
First of all I love Jordan Bridges. IMO he is a very underrated actor and his acting was as charming as ever. The cast was quite good for a tv move, but overall it was very realatable. I especially enjoyed the chemistry between Jordan and Bonnie.
The plot felt like a mixture of The Wedding Date, Because I Said So, and a bit of the Family Stone (all great movies by the way). It was a bit predictable, but with a good deal of funny twists and heartfelt moments.
My favorite part: I kept rewinding the "kiss and make-up" scene for about 15 minutes (and that is because hubby went downstairs )... and the Christmas song: OMG! So cute!! They both have lovely voices.
All in all, a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
