good point. another thing I noticed was that she had david memorize all of her family's names and relationships. why? I didn't think jason had ever met any of them before, so there would be no reason for him to know who they all were. am I wrong?

Ok, she tells David to add her to Facebook and to memorize her family members, so as he k own who they are when they meet.
Well, Jason appear roy never met them either and was not much of a listener, so what gives?
Wouldn't the family members have seen photos of Hilary & Jason together on Facebook or through texting? As much as her mom nags about her love life, and Hilary wants her to approve, she would have been sent a photo to her mom of the two of them, or everyone sisters included would have seen them on Facebook.

Wasn't Jason on FB? Wouldn't the family had checked out his profile?
Nosy mom on FB would have even seen that her daughter had a new guy friend named David & saw when he arrived at Thanksgiving that he was NOT Jason.

Very cliché movie, acting on Hilarys part sucked. Honestly I thought that Duff's character was going to bust out with her own secret that she's actually not married, that she lied about eloping because she got pregnant by her boss who is married or something.
Kept waiting for that since the writers dropped hints that could have lead to her having a BIG relationship secret too.
