How? It's just everything you would never put in a TV show. The writing is genius. And I'm barely conflicted about using Hitler as a Comic Foil. And how can the actors act so badly so well? Amazing.

That said, the show's humor is meant to be in somewhat bad taste.
I think the fact it's so tongue-in-cheek overrides the offensiveness! You just can't wait to see what they're going to throw at you next!
