Where can I buy this?!

As a swedish fan of Dinosaur (and before that, Alrugo) I really want to see this series in BluRay. But all the copies I have found legally are region-locked outside of my region (B). The DVD is region free, but why no BluRay in sight? Netflix has, in their infinite wisdom, chosen once again to not allow me to watch it either.

Kind of frustrating that though I am willing to pay, the only option for HD-playback of these episodes are pirated torrents.

Dinosaur! I am holding out my money! Why won't you take them?
