Where can this be seen

I was wondering the same thing, it's not on Netflix or even available to "save" on Netflix. The trailer for this is in black & white, so I'm not actually sure if this is the same movie that I'm thinking of. I saw a trailer recently in which a bunch of people are eating dinner at a table and then the lights shut off, someone is at the door, mayhem ensues. But that trailer was in color, not black&white, so I'm kinda confused now...
