The doctor ended up happy? Unless Goose shows it to him at a later date not seen in the movie.

- Goose got his family and dog back.
- Frank never lost his family, supposedly. It never clearly states what drove him to ilegal activities, but I would assume depression from losing his friend and Millie.
- Frank never lost the book.
- Millie is alive so the parole officer never got all pissy and his wife never got depressed.
- The Indian woman never lost her bracer, although she still ended up with it either way.
