Who has seen this?

Has anyone seen this? It looks like an intriguing portrait of class differences in the 1960s (and probably today).

Yes, I saw it last night -a great little film- well acted, great story line, cinematography. And I loved the ending!!!

Thanks very much! I'm hoping to see this eventually.

it is terrible, don't waste your money on this. This movie has the depth of a kiddies pool. Avoid.

Saw it through television on demand yesterday, it's a great comedy that does take a look at different social classes and the work and life of guest workers that came from the Mediterranean countries to the richer European countries in the north. At the same time I think it points out how we from the north (I'm from Belgium) are just a lot colder and unattached in our approach to life and other people while people from the south in general are more cordial and know how to make fun. It's a really well written movie, especially if you're a bit familiar with the different European cultures and life in the sixties for the "beau monde" in cities like Paris.

Thanks very much for your thoughts. This played near me a few months ago, but I didn't catch it in theater. I'm hoping to find it soon on DVD. It looks like a great study in contrasts.

Warped,
I saw this the other day. If you didn't get a chance to see it in the theater, well worth the rental. I enjoyed it thoroughly. I hope you do as well.

Whenever you look up, there I shall be -- and whenever I look up there will be you.
