Narrator sounds like he should be reading Disney Stories.

Sorry, but with the seriousness of the nature of this series, his cheerful singsongy voice is a total turn off. Not asking for Vincent Price here, just someone not so orgasmic to be reading a macabre story line.

And as others have posted, what is up with the puns? The episode that I watched today was about a woman who lived on a farm, and more than one reference was made about chickens, eggs or anything about farming. "Walking on egg shells" "Hatching a plan" and the like. I found it to be offensive and almost mocking the victim.

And lastly, one hour? WAY too long. This show could be wrapped up in a half hour, easily. I do not need nor care about what detectives do in their free time, nor do we need to know every other useless detail that they put out there to fill up an hour time slot which really equals just 30 mins after all the commercials take up THEIR time.
