Just saw this on the 8/6/15 episode titled "Hilltop Horror". So Pennsylvania is allowed to execute people, bring them back to life, and then put them in prison for the other crimes? You'd think a prosecutor would have a better command of the English language.



I think people can still be sentenced to incarceration as well as death since the death sentence can be commuted or even abolished state-wide. That way the convicted will not be set free in that case.
