I want you to think of the last time a movie with a colon did well. It stinks of TV movie, low budget trash.
Me? I think of Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever.
It has a stench to it. Call it Gotti call something arty like Belly of The Beast or Family of Shadows or something movie-ish. Just not Gotti Colon.

But I agree, I don't particularly like the title!
How about just call it Colon? Or From the Colon? Or Out of the Colon?
Maybe, It Came From His Colon? Or how about Gotti Went to Prison and Opened His Colon?
How about Anybody Who Would Pay to See This Let Alone Make it Must Have His Head in His Colon?

Personally I would title it something familial but not use the Gotti name at all. Every film about Gotti has been either low budget, poor quality or both so I would axe that stigma out of the gate, unless it was maybe something like Generation Gotti or whatnot. A better title(s) might be something like..
Crime Inherited
Born Boss
Blood Omerta
Like Father Like Don
Family Code
Anyway, just something without the cheese associated with the previous low budget poor quality Gotti titles.
You were right, it's simply Gotti now. You should work in Hollywood.
