One of the worst films I have ever seen

I realize that it was shot on a budget, but don't waste your time watching this.

The acting was terrible. I developed more empathy with my lunch than with the characters.
There was no believable plot. Seriously, who needs to assassinate a politician? They are only one sex scandal away from being kicked out at the best of times.

Please explain to me why the CIA would waste years of resources on a guy and then send him off on some job you could get a hoodlum to do for $100? They obviously didn't want it to look like an accident

Interesting premise, but the publicity had very little to do with the movie. They mention Stalin and Hitler what, once? Where as the connection here?

Normally I don't like to be a plot spoiler, but in this case there is no real discernible plot anyway. I mean, was there a script or did the just make it up as they went along and added some spooky music in post production?

You will spend your time more wisely iff you don't watch the movie and try to teach your dog to paint its nails instead.
