Played it.

If you want to make a throwback to the simplicity of the original Doom games at least make the shooting feel beefy and satisfying. That was my main problem with this game.

The guns feel/sound/look weak. The shotgun doesn't have the balls of the original Doom's shotgun. Neither does the pistol> The glory kill punches look stupid and weak. The gore isn't satisfying.

Go play brutal Doom and then play this it just feels so unsatisfying in comparison. This game is like Doom without it's balls.

Make up your OWN mind. Don't be a follower.
