How could this show not make it?

probably because like me, no one watched it....until now on dvd. So I apologize.

Did TBS advertise it? I don't remember it. And put it on Saturday night late.I just happened to see it at the library and binge watched it, and loved every episode. A wonderful show. Brian and Co. did a fantastic job.

It was "nashville" ( oh,they really sing their own songs!) before "nashville."

Great band ,songs, and the guest stars are great. a lot of the current rave guest like Ryan Hansen and Ken Marino.Really reminded me of another sadly missed show, Party Down.

And with the adorable Jenny Wade and gorgeous Melora Hardin, a pleasure to watch and sad to know it is gone.

As I am culpable for not watching and it continuing, I am sorry.

Wish they had a cd of the music.

I watched it while it aired and have been wondering where season 2 is. Unfortunate it is gone. It wasn't the best show, but it was fun to watch. I rarely even watch tv, but I liked watching Wedding Band. I don't know how Sullivan and Son and Men at Work have made it multiple seasons.

Never played in a band, have you? Not a great music lover? Never seen anything on STDTV (former MTV)?

Just to be clear; everyone can have his opinion, but the worst and fakest show on earth? There is so much more bad tv, and a lot of it is worse than this.

This never got a fair chance, because the big wigs of the network already decided that they would go for half hour sitcoms before this was even aired. That never helps a show, because it doesn't get any support to get a fan base. And it gets a 7.7 here, so it can't be that bad.

I was disgusted that after the first two or three episodes the network apparently gave up on the show and only ran generic promos, missing golden opportunities to play up the guest stars.

By the way, I recall that the first episode's ratings seemed strong.
