i like the thayer twist

and i don't see why people are so confused about his motives, firstly obviously they don't want to make it obvious so they won't go and make it someone that we easily understand their motive, cos that would mean that the main characters suspect them too and well it's just a little bit expected. and not quite knowing his motives yet means there will be more things to be explained and maybe new things uncovered.

whether he is the killer or not, since he could just be working with Alec to protect someone or something of the sort, i like the twist, and i've been suspecting that Thayer was up to something for a while as most of us have, so it's nice that they haven't just built up our suspicion for no reason.

and it's quite interesting that i actually like the idea of Thayer being a bad guy as opposed to while i was watching PLL and spending every minute hoping that Toby wasn't the bad guy when he evidently is, i like Thayer's character but i think being a little psychopathic or anything really would spice his character up, i personally didn't think that Toby needed that.
