Wow! When Sam visited the school and broke down, man, I'm crying with him, it's crazy, it's like you're finally feeling the weight just as Sam is. Crudup is amazing.

I have to agree with you. I felt his pain. That was one of the most powerful and emotional scenes I've seen in a while. It was Oscar level acting.

I mainly knew him from Big Fish and Everyone Says I Love You, and he plays pretty dull characters in both. I was really surprised by how good his performance was in that scene.

The last 15 minutes is the only time throughout the film I stopped and gave it all my attention, I felt sorry for Sam when everyone was staring at him while he is crying his eyes out

yeah that scene and that song he plays at the end really got to me.
