Who saved Lara from drowning?

In the intro video, when Lara is unable to get the hatch open and starts to drown, you see an arm grab Lara and pull her out but then there is nobody there once she is safe. That was really weird for me and I didn't understand it... did she imagine someone rescuing her whereas in reality she opened the hatch herself??

Jonah pulled her out. You can see him in the trailer but for some reason he was cut in the actual game video. After you get through the game, go down to Extras, then video and watch the first trailer. You'll see him.
