Is the helicopter pilot Stephen Amell?

I was playing through the game a second time on ps4, and in the scene where Lara jumps from the burning fortress into the helicopter and Roth catches her, I noticed the helicopter pilot sounds uncannily like Stephen Amell, but I can't find any info anywhere about this.. Anybody else noticed this?
