Help me please, Im confused here ..I had once assumed BBc was a Television Channel from England but now I see movies stars acting in this movie ..yet ppl are saying it's BBC (huh?) And is M15 to Britian what CIA is to America?

The BBC is the British Broadcasting Company, it is a large publicly funded organisation that has several television and radio channels and also a film production element, among other things.
MI5 is one of the security services in the UK, it mainly deals with internal security issues. Kind of like the CIA, but in the UK there are several different security services to deal with different types of intelligence and security work: MI5, MI6, GCHQ, Special Branch, JARIC etc.

There seems to be some sort of stigma attached to TV actors in the US. If a movie actor takes a television role, there will be all manner of excuses about "time with the family" and such. And graduating from TV to the movies is dicey at worst and unusual at best.
The same doesn't hold true in the UK. Actors are actors and you're as likely to see someone from the Royal Shakespearean Company play a role on TV as a TV series actor play a role in a movie.
Think of it like that US's Fox-news, channels, movies, tv shows but all with political agenda
