Either make him gay or not. But to drag out the confusion, at his age, disrupts the show. He is not compelling at all.
He isn't gay...he's bi. This is his personality and it doesn't distrupt the show at all. Why does he have to fit in to what you think the criteria should be? Some people are not gay or straight.
shareI think the original poster was thrown by the show's insistence on pandering to the zeitgeist. For being, in a phrase, fashionably PC. Which of course is lame.
If you disagree or don't know what I'm talking about, then have I got a show for you. It's called TRANSPARENT. It's very PC so I think you're gonna love it. And the creator, Jill Soloway who recently won an Emmy? Well, let's just say she's about to become one of your favorite writers.
Other PC shows you're bound to love are GLEE and AMERICAN HORROR STORY.
