How has Social Services NOT paid a visit?
I mean, seriously, Carson was NOT in a stable environment. Or do SS only pay a visit when someone reports it? Or did people just not care enough to?

shareErr but clearly in this case it did make her a HORRIBLE parent. The Dad was awful as well, made me depressed.
shareNo one reported her for anything. No bruises to see. He had a roof over his head and food to east. Mostly it was neglect. She could have been pushed into counseling with pressure on her and her husband since they weren't divorced.
I don't know everything. Neither does anyone else
