Barbosa is dead for good (knock on wood).

Will and Swan are together again and will continue their lives peacefully.

Jack has the Pearl again.

In a way, this film fixed a lot of the problems left in the 2-4 POTC movies.

Now Jack can start new adventures as the head of the Pearl. Could be fun!

Yeah, they are definitely planning more movies after this but I believe they are going to reboot the franchise in a way, or so I hear.
