Why would Priscilla (Elizabeth Rohm) leave Wendy alone with her man?

I hope this doesn't sound crass - but why would Priscilla (Elizabeth Rohm) leave Wendy alone with her man? Not that women and men can't be left alone together but Wendy showed way too much interest in Adam since the beginning, overtly smiley, staring, blushing, asking how Priscilla met him, etc ... that should have set off red flags. Anyway Priscilla's character mentioned the thought never crossed her mind that Adam would ever fall for the 'assistant'.

Was quite happy with the ending. The acting wasn't the greatest, especially at the beginning, but got better as it went along.

Because in her twisted mind...Wendy was a nobody...and she had nothing to fear..and it didn't fall in with her "plan".

Pricilla said, "I trusted you" to Wendy. This is why she left Wendy and Adam to themselves, that, and she wouldn't regard someone like Wendy actual competition. The wedding announcement at the end calls Wendy a nobody and describes her lack of connections by saying nothing much is known of her mother and her dad likes holiday films. I thought it was an odd way to end the film.

I agree that was not smart of her to do that especially since adam was being so nice to wendy, insisting that she have breakfast with them. Apparently her appearance was more important.

Probably Priscilla didn't expect them to fall in love. She thinks that everybody should think of status only.

Because it goes with the storyline! F-ing lol😅
