Image on UK poster?

Saw the film and thought it was fantastic, obviously very shocking and sad but also informative and hopeful.

Was just wondering if anyone knows the photographer/ name of the image of the men sitting on the steps kissing (a cutout from it was used on the UK poster) ? It's such an amazing photo...

The photographer was Crawford Barton who died of AIDS on June 10, 1993. You might like his book "Days of Hope". It is a photographic collection of the Castro in the 1970's, prior to the epidemic. It's a beautiful collection of photos of the men who populated the city.
