I even watched all the outtakes during the end credits but it doesn't seem to be revealed.

Good question....especially when they had a DNA test done on meet the browns and Leroy was cora dad

There was never a test done actually.Madea just assumed Brown was the father when she had remembered a night she got drunk and sex with Leroy.

No. There WAS a paternity test done. Reginald Johnson (the father from family matters) came to the house saying HE was coras dad. They took a DNA test performed by Will.
