statue of liberty math is crap

lol. you can turn numbers to mean everything.
they were making a big deal about the statue of liberty
being 151 ft 1 inch. they made a big deal about the 1 inch.
but have they not heard of the metric system which was used in
france for centuries. 151.1 inches is exactly 46 meters.
pedestal being 305.1 inches is exactly 93 meters.
heel to head 111.1 inches is exactly 34 meters.
come on try harder. they are supposed to be experts

When you get specific with the measurements their claims are even more mis-leading

46 m = 150.918
93 m = 305.118
43 m = 111.548

this show is just an all round abuser of the scientific method they claim to live by

The failure to address metric measurements was certainly obvious.

What I thought was hilarious was when they were interviewing Mark Dice at the United Nations Plaza, it appeared at least one of the books on the table were from the "for DUMMIES" series (They had them blurred-out, but the telltale black and yellow binding edge was pretty obvious)

Then I noticed that they failed to blur-out the reflection of one of the book covers on the back of the notebook computer Mark was using (or at least had in front of him) You can almost read the title of the book in the reflection.

This show is a real hoot!

I came here JUST to make a comment on the metric system that they're ignoring. I'm not a very intelligent guy and I realized this immediately, so how pathetic is it that their professional engineer and lawyer didn't think of something so simple. At that point, I realized you can only look at this from an entertainment standpoint. The numerologist just confirmed that for me.

Did no one here do mathematics at school?
151ft 1in is not the same measurement as 151.1ft
151ft 1in = 46.0502 metres
151.1ft = 46.05528 metres
Either way neither amount to exactly 46metres (unless you discount the 'spare' 5.02cm or 1.98inches)
I'll let you work out the rest...
