The 'Turning to look at one another' ...

... is the most annoying thing that these 3 clowns do on this show. Everytime they are interviewing someone, they turn and look at each other like the interviewee just said something prolifically mind boggling ... and they do this CONSTANTLY!!!

I watched 2 painful episodes of this show. It works better when you watch is as a comedy.

Haven't seen American TV in months. I was missing out.

This is, indeed, hilarious!

This mob episode, the lines, the baldy says: "the time to apologize was OVER, it was...time to pray!"

And he shakes his fingers like a nun.

reply

Agreed. Those 3 need some diversity outside open-mouthed stupidity. I've seen more believable reactions from monkeys throwing sh*t at one another.

The History Channel has fallen into the realm of classless tabloid television. Must be another Murdoch acquisition.

When they said, Capone wasn't arrested for murder, or booze, but for Tax Evasion!
Shocking to them!
No way!
Really?
I wasn't aware that ever was a question of mortality, or law, but really: the government just wanted a bigger cut of the action.

reply

I couldn't believe they were just finding out that Capone went to prison for Tax Evasion. I thought everybody knew that. Didn't these clowns see "The Untouchables"?

"IF THE DEVIL HAD A NAME, IT WOULD BE CHUCK FINLEY!!"

reply

I've noticed that too, especially the chubby guy. The sudden turning and looking at each other looks like they're trying to add drama. Honestly, this show is a disappointment. I'd rather see skeptics address these issues and leave out the drama.

reply

Agreed. They should really consider re-editing those scenes to include the background music from that "dramatic gopher" video.

I was just watching the UFO episode and the big guy did "the look" like 5 times in one scene. Every word was like an earth shattering revelation.

The government

*stunned look*

had a secret program

*stunned look*

Hey guys, we HAVE to go to area 51, because Brad Meltzer is a sadist and Im dumb as a black mailbox..

You can literally play a drinking game based on the 'looks' and be drunk 30 mins into the show ...

it's just funny how they make every one of these scenes seem like they're getting mind-numbing information from interviewing someone like Stephen Hawking

"Harry Houdini was an escape artist"

*Chubby guy with note pad scribbles in it while turning to look at naive chick with this "Holy sh!t* did you just hear what he said?" look on his face*

I've definitely noticed "the look". However, what bothers me all most as much is that Mackenzie wears the same damn ill-fitting rose-colored, cap-sleeved shirt in at least the first 8 episodes of this season (she seemed to finally lose it when they hit Alaska). I mean, I'm not that big on fashion, but good grief, you couldn't find a second (and better fitted) tee in eight weeks--seriously!
