Rob Loggia?? Charles Durning?? What were these guys thinking??

How'd they get Robert Loggia and Charles Durning??
And how'd Rogert Loggia and Charles Durning get so demented??

I haven't been this disgusted since I saw Jon Voight get puppydog eyes for Giuliani,
and kept calling Obama a socialist.

Are you really hating on Robert Loggia and Charles Durning for the point of view of characters they're playing? Do you equally disapprove of actors portraying rapists or murderers? It's a part they're playing! As soon as the camera stops they go right back to being themselves. Please get real.

I think the angry posters, many of whom are in the liberal and pro-choice camp, are upset that well-known actors dared appeared in a film with a conservative and pro-life message.

I haven't seen the film yet, so I can't judge it on its merits. I'm conservative, and I thought "American Carol" (2008), an anti-liberal and anti-Michael Moore film, was horrible. I've enjoyed plenty of films with liberal themes.

They're playing parts in a anti-abortion propaganda film.

With a movie like this, it's certainly not "just a part" for them.
You really think either of these guys would appear in this film if
they were pro-choice? (well, maybe if their careers were completely
flat and they REALLY needed the money; otherwise, no.)

reply

These guys are in a very high tax level. How do you know they don't need the money? Your blithe assumption they agree with the politics of the movie they're appearing in says more about you than it does about them.

Doing a quick search of this film with his name, Loggia said it was devilish to not be "pro-life" and noted his strong pro-life beliefs.
