I had no problem with this movie...

and I'm a lifelong Democrat. Never voted for a Republican presidential candidate. Loved Mondale and Dukakis, too.

Yet I had no problem with this movie...

What's wrong with evaluating this movie as a movie?

I'm also a Democrat and very much pro-choice, but this movie was horrible. The script was terribly written. There was no thought at all put into their very one dimensional, circular conversation. It was the same argument on repeat. Has the writer even spoken to a woman much less a pregnant woman trying to make the decision to terminate the pregnancy? Seriously, if I was pro-life, I wouldn't want this to represent my cause.

Do some research on the writer/director--he made a movie supporting gay marriage, among others. This isn't meant to be propaganda, or "represent" any cause. Why do so many viewers find it impossible to see a movie with right-wing characters as anything other than propaganda?

Right-wingers are the scariest thing on the planet, and thus the perfect subject for a horror movie.

The vast majority of pro-lifers don't talk to women and girls seeking abortion or those who have had an abortion. They have no idea what these women go through and they aren't capable of anything other than one-sided, circular reasoning. IMHO if you have never been in a situation where abortion is a viable option you ain't got a dog in the race. If you weren't born with a uterus and ovaries you shouldn't even be at the track.
