Anyone read all the reviews about the company? It is abysmal. They have been neglecting calls from the Better Business Bureau which to me stands out.

It didn't get any better once it aired and all the new fanboys lined up at their door wanting ridiculous custom weapons
On one point in an episode of season 4, Hangfire i think. (I have it on itunes and i just watched it so thats how i know) Kris told a customer that it takes close to two years for them to get to anything around the shop. And then he preceeds to take the gun in because he "doesn't want it to go to Vince".
he even admits a few times that there are more important things he can do around the shop, but he loves watching things blow up so much he doesnt care.
