Kris vs Joe

Ok, watching the new episode this week and I found it messed up that Kris says that Joe bit off more than he could chew with this CEO thing yet he has been fighting him every step of the way,

reply

Kris is a little b itch and a complete brown nose kiss azz. Now hes married in the family and has gotten too comfortable in the shop. Joe is way smarter than probably anyone there. Will has the experience. Kris is a skilled laborer at best. A trained monkey!

reply

Joe may be a smart cookie, but he's not street smart.

He is the CEO of a teeny-tiny little company, owned by a megalomaniac. Joe needs to recognize that and keep Will in the loop. Buying a building without informing Will? That's waving a red flag in front of a bull.

And, as CEO, he needs to keep the peace as much as possible. It would have taken him ten seconds to tell the douchebag that Vince was visiting.

If Kris wasn't such a big baby, Vince showing up wouldn't send him off the rails. They needed a tool, they didn't have it, Vince did, Vince comes in to help, simple as that. If you can't stand being around someone just step away and do something else that is productive while they are there and let it go. That is how a mature person would handle it. Obviously Joe should have kept Will in the loop about the building but it isn't like he used Red Jacket money to buy it, he used HIS money/credit. Point is, Kris isn't making it easy in the least for Joe to do his job and Will, even though he said he could, isn't letting him do his job either. If Kris was running that company they would probably be closed by now.

doc -- Joe not recognizing the fact that Will would never let him have full control of RJ is a serious character flaw.

Going out and buying a building with his own money was foolish, and may very well bankrupt him, if he can't flip it or find another tenant.

I've said this before, but Joe and RJ are NOT a good fit. Joe is a businessman and Will is a child who likes to play. I would love it if Joe and Charlie and Flem and Vince would get together, form a business, and put RJ out of business in six months.

THAT would be good TV!

will is full of himself look at last nights show spouting how great the 308 was but if the camera was lieing joes 300 was hitting the mark they just didnt want to blow up the barrell and make round and balding look bad on tv

reply

travis -- you bring up a good point. The .308 was too long and too heavy to be dismounted and carried through the woods. Joe's gun made more sense from a practical standpoint and a business standpoint.

Oh I agree. I said on another thread that if Kris was running it, which is what he wants apparently, they would probably be out of business now. That would be a good show though. There is definitely no reason for Fleming and Vince to have their own shops and compete with each other.

reply

If Kris was in charge they'd be in extreme debt because all he would do would be to make things explode and not care if work gets done.
