Straight up bad ass old school 80s style sword and sorcery flick. Considering this film was clearly shot with no budget, I was very impressed with what they were able to cobble together with computers. Solid story, never trying to be something it's not. The only way you think this sucks is if you're comparing it to Lord of the Rings. There are far worse big budget sword flicks than this.

I'm curious which movies you think are worse? I can picture a few I might rank as "also really bad". But I usually don't grade on a curve based on budget. If you can't do the type of movie you want to, with the budget you have, then don't. There are some spectacular movies done for less. Because they made smart decisions based on what they knew they could pull off based on resources. And when something didn't work, they didn't just leave the *beep* in there.
But, whatever. If you enjoy it, I really don't care that much. It seems likely that I like something you hate, as well.
