Names MIA

I will never understand, in this digital age, how a company can try to market a multimillion-dollar product (a film) without providing PR information, such as the names of the characters in a movie! Is the problem IMDb or the production companies? I don't know.

It's the companies. Real Hollywood movie studios would never pull this kind of stuff, but smaller "independent" ones that aren't established think they can get away with it. It's almost always a strong early indicator that the movie is going to be really bad. If the studio has no idea what they are doing and does not care then how could their product not be awful?
