Why don't they show all of the Quickfire tastings?

I'm watching the season 4 premiere and they only tasted like 4 dishes. Lame.

Worst episode of Top Chef Canada ever! And al lthey showed was the kitchen drama in the men's team. They hardly showed the women's team. Oh, and all this "battle of the sexes", please, don't sink to the level of Hell's Kitchen.
