Best thing on (British) TV at the moment

I am up to episode 4 and this is brilliant. Whilst the BBC are currently showing round the clock olympics this mostly neglected treasure is showing on More4 on Friday evening. It is witty and clever. I have grown to love all the characters, especially the homicidal sisters.

Me too, don't understand why more people aren't hooked, or why it's taken so long to get this in the UK.

Agreed! I came across it as episode 4 just started. I've used catch-up to watch it from the beginning to understand how it all fits together. Would love to see more stuff from the continent on UK TV. :)

Check the Walter Presents on the all4 app or website, they have plenty of European series, most of them are great.

Agreed, I'm loving it. I'm so glad I made myself watch this - even though it looked good I almost didn't because it was subtitled but it's really one of the best things on tv at the moment and it's a shame more people aren't watching it (or that there is a follow up series). I love all the characters and their quirks and I love the black humour.

Jean-Claude really is a prick (or Kloot or whatever the Dutch word is!!!) and he definitely deserves some comeuppance.

I think this could work well if they made a British version of it - probably on Channel 4 as it has that vibe. If they could get the right actors, I think it would be very popular.

Anyway only a couple more weeks now until we find out how Jean-Claude finally died!

Yes it's brilliant, I love it, well scripted and cast
So rare to find such quality comedy. It gets more and more creepy and cringy, episode 9 in particular, I was shouting NO at the screen, last time I did that was in S02E11 of US House Of Cards... What amazes me is that no matter how dark and grim it gets, the funny side always manages to take over.

The finale was really good - sad and funny and exciting and endearing. The outcome was what I expected but it didn't matter as the whole series was very original and well written.
