Come on. People call this realistic and a lot of the movie did seem real except that nobody can be hit by multiple arrows and several bullets and then walk around and ride a horse for a few hours. Gimme a break.

Yeah, they could. If no arteries or major organs were hit, it could take hours to bleed out.

Besides, Our (Anti-)Hero is a Tough Guy, and it takes a lot to kill him!
